Tori Worcester focuses her practice in patent prosecution and intellectual property strategy, assisting innovative companies in protecting and maximizing their technological advancements. She provides comprehensive IP support in corporate transactions and has experience working across a range of interdisciplinary fields such as medical devices, smart building technologies, fire suppression systems, control systems, and engine systems.

Tori guides clients through the complexities of intellectual property protection, leveraging her experience in patent portfolio management, patent drafting and prosecution, and freedom-to-operate assessments. She also assists in identifying strategic opportunities for IP enforcement and commercialization, ensuring that clients maximize the value of their innovations while aligning their intellectual property strategy with their broader business goals. Tori assists on IP aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.

Tori is part of the Mechanical and Electromechanical Technology practice group. She first joined Foley as the inaugural Foley–Johnson Controls Inc. Fellow, gaining in-house experience at Johnson Controls’ corporate headquarters before completing a summer associateship with Foley.
