We have worked with a range of institutional investment clients, including public universities, city governments (both large and small), city agencies, public corporations, and international clients, assisting with financing arrangements; development agreements; mixed-use projects; and in the sale, assembly, and annexation of land.
We also regularly manage transactional and regulatory work for REITs and owners of real estate portfolios. We will work with you on the structuring and marketing of REIT securities, organization and registration under federal and state securities laws, offerings of equity and debt securities, securitization transactions, and secured and unsecured loans. As your needs dictate, we can act as counsel on your merger, acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture activities.
