Mary E. Garner practice includes the representation of investors in institutional private placements, acquisition financings, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and municipal and health care bond financings. Mary also regularly assists emerging growth companies with various capital raises, including convertible note financings, venture capital and venture debt financings, angel investments, and friends and family rounds. As a member of Foley’s Finance practice group, Mary represents clients in a wide array of corporate governance, business formation, and other general corporate matters.
