Foley Ranked Among 'Most Active Law Firms' Representing PEVC Deals & Funds

Foley is pleased to announce the firm ranked among the “Most Active Law Firms” in the U.S. based upon information compiled for the 2011 Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst survey. Rankings were determined by the number of private equity and venture capital deals closed and, separately, the number of private equity and venture capital (PEVC) funds represented in 2010.

As reported in the April 2011 issue of Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst, Foley ranked in the top 20 based upon 139 PEVC deals negotiated and closed in 2010. Foley also ranked in terms of PEVC funds worked on for general partners or limited partners for its representation of 28 funds in 2010.

This is the third consecutive year Foley has been featured on this prestigious list, and the firm has consistently moved up in the rankings year after year.
