Associate

Lauren Hudon is a member of the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group, where she draws on years of hands-on experience within the firm. During her time as a law clerk and summer associate at Foley, Lauren gained extensive knowledge of data breach notification laws  and U.S. omnibus state privacy legislation. She contributed to the preparation of detailed charts and quarterly overviews of these for clients. Lauren also handled client privacy notice assessments, drafted data mapping surveys, reviewed software licensing agreements, and provided document review support, determining the extent of personal information impacted by a data breach.

Lauren’s work extends beyond client engagements; she has contributed to numerous Foley blog posts and thought leadership pieces, some of which have been published in prominent legal outlets.
