Iris Grossman is a trusted adviser to public and private companies across a wide range of industries on employee benefits matters. She regularly reviews plan documents and collaborates with third-party administrators and brokers to establish, amend, and terminate benefit plans and policies. A significant part of her practice involves conducting due diligence on employee benefit plans, as well as managing pre-closing preparation and post-closing integration activities in corporate transactions.
Before joining Foley, Iris practiced at a global law firm, where she advised clients on employee benefit issues in the context of corporate transactions, with a focus on ERISA and Affordable Care Act Compliance.
