Foley & Lardner LLP served as U.S. legal advisor to Imad Ventures on its investment in AI-native pre-construction platform Neuron Factory.
Founded by former technology leaders from Microsoft and Waymo, Neuron Factory develops an AI-powered preconstruction platform designed to streamline workflows, augment project teams, and improve productivity across large-scale and complex construction projects. The investment will be used to accelerate delivery of the world’s first construction-focused knowledge graph and AI-native platform for the construction industry.
