Trkla and her co-authors, featured in a video conversation here, discussed the updated legal treatise which comprehensively addresses derivatives regulation, reflecting significant changes in commodities law since the original 2004 edition.
“It is a treatise that describes the history, it describes the markets, how they’ve evolved, and how they exist today to provide practical context and explanation for understanding then how the statutory framework under the Commodity Exchange Act applies to the derivatives markets,” Trkla highlighted.
