Foley & Lardner LLP partners Marisa White and Rena Andoh are featured across the media following their recent arrival to the firm’s New York Office.
White, who joined the Foley’s Transactions Practice, guides private and public companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies through complex, high-stakes domestic and cross-border transactions. Her practice spans mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings, carve-outs, and joint ventures.

Andoh, who joined the Foley’s Commercial Litigation Practice, added that she has “long admired Foley’s reputation and the exceptional caliber of its litigation bench.” She represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitrations. Andoh has substantial first-chair experience handling business-critical litigation involving trade secrets, restrictive covenants, employment matters, intellectual property, and other commercial claims.
