Office Administrator
Kristina Sasich has more than 25 years of experience in law firm administration, legal support management, and litigation services. As Office Administrator for the firm’s Milwaukee office, she ensures the office operates seamlessly for attorneys and business professionals. She leads core administrative functions, advances strategic initiatives, and serves as a key advisor to office leadership and personnel.
Prior to her current role, Kristina served as Manager of Legal Support in Foley’s Milwaukee office, where she led and developed a large, multi-layered team of legal support professionals. She oversaw the consistent delivery of high-quality administrative support aligned with attorney workflows and was responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing talent. She partnered closely with the Director of Administration & Operations, Human Resources, department chairs, and practice group leaders on staffing strategy, policy implementation, and employee relations.
Kristina is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) through the Association of Legal Administrators and holds a Master’s in Management from Marquette University, with a focus on leadership, coaching, and human capital strategy. She also earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and international affairs from Marquette University.
