Foley Expands Raleigh Office with Addition of Commercial Litigation Partner Dustin Greene
Foley & Lardner LLP announced today that Dustin Greene has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as a partner in its Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Greene brings extensive trial experience across a broad range of high-stakes business disputes, further bolstering Foley’s litigation platform in North Carolina and supporting the firm’s continued growth in the region.
Greene, who joins the firm from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial, securities, construction, real estate and land use, and other litigation matters. His practice spans state and federal trial and appellate courts across the country, as well as U.S. and international arbitration proceedings.

A trial-focused commercial litigator, Greene advises clients through every stage of a dispute, from pre-suit strategy and dispositive motions through trial, appeal, and arbitration. His experience includes high-stakes matters involving securities litigation, construction disputes, real estate development, fiduciary duty claims, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, and Native American land and governance issues.
