Foley & Lardner LLP of counsel Ryan Parsons shared insights in the Law360 article, “Midterm Shakeup Could Make EEOC ‘Weaponization’ A Target,” examining how the elections may affect congressional oversight of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
