Texas Lawbook highlighted Foley’s work with Biotron Laboratories and Talus Mineral Company (collectively “Biotron”), two affiliated entities that in partnership manufacture and supply leading specialty minerals and nutritional ingredients, in its acquisition by Aceto, the supplier of choice for differentiated specialty materials in the life sciences and advanced technology end markets. The Foley deal team was led by Partner Alan Perkins and included Partner Julie-Anne Lutfi, Senior Counsel Emma Blumer, and Associates Anna Choi and Graham MacEwan.
