Foley Wins 2021 M&A Atlas Award

Foley & Lardner was the recipient of the “U.S.A. Healthcare IT Deal of the Year Award” in the Small- to Mid-Market Segment at this year’s Global M&A Network M&A Atlas Awards.  The firm was recognized for its representation of RevenueWell Systems, LLC, a leading provider of cloud-based dental software, in securing a significant growth equity investment from Marlin Equity Partners, a global firm focused on investing and growing businesses across the software and healthcare industry verticals.
