Foley partners Bill Guthrie, Dan Bachrach and Matt Jassak worked on the second largest deal of 2018 so far in their representation of Marriott Vacations Worldwide, according to the Law360 article, “More Than 10 Firms Guided 10 Largest 1st-Half Hotel Deals.”

Guthrie, Bachrach and Jassak served as lead timeshare and exchange counsel in Marriott’s $4.7 billion agreement to buy timeshare operator ILG.
