Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in a Daily Journal article published on May 22, 2014, titled “Patent Litigation Proponents Pursue Other Efforts as Senate Bill Stalls.” The article examined ongoing reform efforts in federal agencies by patent litigation proponents, as legislation to limit patent litigation stalls in the U.S. Senate. Baluch was quoted saying, “Even if patent reform legislation is on hold in the [Senate] Judiciary Committee, the reforms are moving full speed ahead in all other areas of the government.”
