Foley & Lardner LLP partner David Rosen shared insights in the recent Law360 article, “FDA Seeks Applications For Project To Speed Up Human Trials,” on the FDA’s pilot program pairing pharmaceutical companies with research institutions to accelerate human clinical trials.
Rosen highlighted that this pilot program could help clinical-trial sponsors more efficiently enroll eligible participants. “Facilitating a partnership between companies and clinical research sites that have expertise in specific diseases can help expedite the initiation and conduct of such trials to get new drug and biologic products to the market,” he added.
