Special Counsel Andrew Baluch was quoted in a Fox Business article on December 5, 2013 titled “Innovation Act Divides Startups, Small Businesses.” The article discusses the U.S. House’s passing of the Innovation Act, and supporters say the bill will put a stop to so-called “patent trolls.” Baluch was quoted saying, “I think you need to follow the money and listen carefully to what investors are saying, including venture capitalists.”
