Dow Jones Private Equity Analyst ranked Foley among the 2012 “Most Active Law Firms” in the U.S. for the fourth consecutive year. As reported in the March 2012 special edition of Private Equity Analyst, Foley ranked among the top 20 in the Number of Deals category and among the top 35 in the Number of Funds category.
Firm rankings are determined based upon the number of Private Equity Venture Capital (PEVC) funds closed in 2011 and the number of PEVC deals negotiated and closed in 2011.
