Wegner Quoted on Patent Reform Policy

Foley Partner Harold Wegner is quoted in an article titled “Following the Law, Looking at candidates’ tech plans” in the October 26, 2008 issue of the Centre Daily Times. Wegner provides insight into the tech and patent policies of the 2008 Presidential candidates, adding that patent reform will realistically only take place when there is a new administration with a patent-savvy director to lead the process.
