Samantha Duran is a Business Law attorney in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Tampa office, where she a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Samantha’s practice is centered on complex hospitality transactions and healthcare-related real estate matters, with a focus on representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing of various asset classes including, hotels, resorts, golf courses, medical office buildings and ambulatory care centers.
Samantha offers in-depth legal guidance to owners, operators, investors, club members and developers navigating the unique challenges of hospitality and healthcare real estate transactions. Samantha is skilled in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, negotiating leases, structuring joint ventures, resolving title and land use issues, and managing the intricacies of land development.
