Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor on two of Golf Inc.’s Top 10 Sales of 2023.
Foley advised Concert Golf Partners in its acquisitions of Northgate Country Club and Walden on Lake Conroe Golf Club and represented Tower Three Golf Champions Retreat LLC in its sale of Champions Retreat Golf Club.
Foley also represented Concert Golf Partners in its acquisition of The Club at Pasadera, another major transaction highlighted in Golf Inc.
The Foley deal teams on these significant transactions in the hospitality sector included partners Fred Ridley, Thomas Little, Van Tengberg, senior counsel Allison McKown, and associate Samantha Duran.
