Peter S. Vogel will speak on timely information technology legal issues at the Farr Group and BravoTECH business technology breakfast March 22.
Topics will include privacy laws around the world, including the European Union’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which goes into effect May 25, 2018. Vogel will also discuss cyber risks, cloud agreements (including shadow IT), terms of service, click agreements and privacy policies, and ownership of intellectual property.
