Foley berät Square Robot bei neuer Finanzierung und Partnerschaft

Foley & Lardner LLP fungierte als Rechtsberater für Square Robot, Inc., den weltweit führenden Anbieter von Unterwasser-Roboter-Tankinspektionen, bei dessen jüngster Finanzierung und Zusammenarbeit mit Marathon Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: MPC).

As part of the partnership, Marathon, a leading integrated downstream and midstream energy company operating the largest refining system in the United States, will participate in Square Robot’s Series B funding alongside other investors. Marathon will also collaborate with Square Robot to help shape the design and development of Square Robot’s next-generation robotic platform while deploying the company’s existing fleet to conduct critical tank inspections across its national network of terminals and refineries.
