Maebius Quoted on IP Changes Under Obama

04 November 2008 IP Law360 News

Foley Partner Stephen Maebius is quoted in an article titled “Lawyers Don't Expect Big IP Changes Under Obama” in the November 4, 2008 issue of IP Law360. Maebius provides insight into potential intellectual property policy reform under President-elect Barack Obama. He adds that Obama's administration might not be the vehicle that drives patent reform through Congress, but notes that the issue has developed enough momentum from both sides of the political spectrum that changes are still likely.
