Recognized for Banking and Financial law, Vu handles complex corporate and finance transactions throughout the U.S. and abroad. He has represented lenders, borrowers, issuers, sponsors, purchasers, and public and private companies in corporate and finance transactions totaling over $20 billion.
Lechner-Fish, who is recognized for Intellectual Property Rights, files and maintains patent and trademark applications globally. She has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of chemical, chemical engineering, business process and other patents throughout her career.
