Foley Assists Milwaukee Bucks in Launch of 1971 Championship NFT Collection

Foley Partner Kevin Schulz and Special Counsel Catherine Zhu assisted the Milwaukee Bucks in the launch of their 1971 Championship NFT Collection. The limited-edition collection, which consists of three digital collectibles commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Bucks’ first NBA championship, is now up for auction through OpenSea, the world’s first and largest non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace.

The three digital collectibles up for bid are as follows:

• A 1971 NBA Finals Game 1 ticket commemorating the Bucks’ Game 1 win over the Baltimore Bullets. The owner will see recognition of and a link to his or her OpenSea profile on the 1970-71 team webpage on Bucks.com.

• A 1971 NBA Finals Game 3 ticket commemorating the Bucks’ Game 3 win over the Bullets to go up 3-0 in the series. The owner will also receive a VIP package to the opening night of the Bucks’ 2021-22 regular-season home opener at Fiserv Forum.

• A championship banner commemorating the Bucks’ 1971 NBA Finals win. The owner will also receive a Bucks Ultimate Ticket, redeemable for two tickets to any future Bucks game, including NBA Finals games.
