Overview

John F. Callan is a partner and estates and trusts lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP, where his practice encompasses tax and estate planning; planning for retirement distributions; saving for college; charitable planning; estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes; fiduciary and personal income taxes; marital property law; probate; and trust administration. He is a member of the Estates & Trusts Practice.

He is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Education

John is a graduate of Marquette University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in 1980 and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, in 1984.
