Rachel E. Conrad is an associate and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Rachel practices general corporate and business law, with an emphasis in early-stage financing through private equity and venture capital, renewable energy transactions, mergers & acquisitions, startups, securities law and other general corporate matters. She is a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice.
Rachel has transaction experience in a variety of industries, including solar, banking, manufacturing of plastics, metals, chemicals and food packaging, SaaS, insurance, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, nonprofits and a variety of service industries. These transactions have varied from modest in size to over a billion dollars.
Rachel was a summer associate and law clerk with Foley before joining the firm as an associate. During law school, she was a student attorney at the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic in Madison, where she assisted entrepreneurial clients with general formation, nonprofit and contract issues.
