Senior Counsel

Overview

Alicia represents private and public companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions. She represents emerging companies throughout their lifecycle on transactions, strategic partnerships, reorganizations and sale transactions, both domestic and cross-border alike. 

Alicia also represents investors in the technology, health care, life sciences, and other innovative industries. She regularly acts as general outside counsel for private and venture-backed companies in a wide array of fields. Alicia is a senior counsel in Foley’s Venture Capital and Emerging Company Practices Groups. She is also a member of the firm’s Innovative Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors. She also serves on firm’s Boston Chapter Women’s Network.

  • Represented NEA as Lead Investor in a $12 million Series A Round for College Social Media App Fizz.
  • Represented Nigerian Investment App Bamboo in $15 million Series A Financing. 
  • Represented NEA and Cortical Ventures as Lead Investors in $16 million Series A Financing of SeMi Technologies 
  • Represented AUA Private Equity in Gourmet Culinary Holdings Investment
