Alicia D'Alba is an associate and a business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and related corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Foley, Alicia was an associate at two other national law firms, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and a broad range of general corporate matters.
Alicia earned her law degree from Tulane Law School (J.D., 2012), where she was vice president of the class and a member of the Student Bar Association, Business Law Society, Phi Alpha Delta, and Community Service Committee. During this time she received honors including the Dean’s Scholarship and the Moot Court Board.
Alicia earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University School of Management (B.S., cum laude, 2009), where she majored in business administration, with concentrations in law, finance, and entrepreneurship.
