Overview
Norka S. Lecca is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, based in the firm’s Miami office, where she is a member of the firm’s Immigration, Nationality & Consular Law and Government Solutions Practice, focusing on business-related immigration issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Norka worked as an associate attorney on various immigration matters, having represented clients in employment-based & family-based immigrant visa petitions, naturalization proceedings, consular processing and removal proceedings, as well as preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability/talent, multinational managers/executives and investors.
As a law clerk, Norka worked on drafting motions, briefs and legal letters, conducting legal research, and preparing immigrant and non-immigrant employment-based and family-based petitions for USCIS and Immigration Court.
