Evan M. Malloy



Evan M. Malloy is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Group.

In 2015, Mr. Malloy was a summer associate with Foley, providing support in the area of litigation.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Malloy interned with Judge Thane B. Covert of the 6th Judicial Circuit Court and with Pinellas County Administrator Robert LaSala.


Mr. Malloy received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law (J.D., 2016), where he was an articles editor of the Florida Law Review, an associate justice with the University of Florida Supreme Court, and the mentoring chair for the Law Student Division of The Florida Bar. He is a member of Florida Blue Key and the University of Florida Chapter of the Order of the Coif.

He obtained his graduate degree in public administration from the University of Central Florida (M.P.A., 2013). Mr. Malloy earned his undergraduate degree in legal studies from the University of Central Florida (B.S., 2011).


Mr. Malloy is the author of the published note, “3D Printing and a Laissez-Faire Attitude Towards the Evolution of the Products Liability Doctrine,” in the Florida Law Review (publication forthcoming).


Mr. Malloy is admitted to practice law in Florida.
