Rey Rodriguez, IV is an associate in Foley’s Litigation Department, focusing his practice on business and energy litigation. He represents clients in complex litigation disputes, both in state and federal courts. Rey is actively involved in all aspects of litigation matters, including case assessment, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, settlement negotiations, trial, and appeal. He represents a wide array of clients, including multinational corporations, small businesses, and individuals.
