Kendall Waters is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice, as well as the Consumer Law, Finance & Class Action Practice. Her practice includes complex commercial and contractual matters, including commercial dispute, class action, consumer, and labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner LLP, she was a legal intern with the Federal Trade Commission in their health care division of the Bureau of Competition and a judicial intern for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
