Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) and Corporate Governance Disclosures. Morgan Tilleman, a senior associate in Foley’s Insurance & Reinsurance Industry Practice, will lead a discussion of compliance strategies relative to these two important new NAIC initiatives.

Ethical Considerations in Insurance Law. Tom Hrdlick, Chair of Foley’s Insurance & Reinsurance Industry Practice, will review ethical considerations in a variety of common insurance industry transactions, including transactions within a holding company group, transactions with partially owned subsidiaries, mergers and acquisitions, and investments in start-up companies.
