Addition of Roger Lane and Courtney Worcester Strengthens Firm’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation Capabilities.
Foley announced today that Roger Lane and Courtney Worcester have joined the firm’s Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice in Boston as partner and senior counsel, respectively. Both attorneys arrive from Pepper Hamilton LLP, where Lane was partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and Worcester was of counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
“The addition of Roger and Courtney greatly enhances the firm’s ability to offer a complete spectrum of securities litigation services to our clients, ranging from securities litigation defense to regulatory enforcement matters to white collar criminal investigations,” said Barry Mandel, chair of Foley‘s Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice. “We are pleased to welcome them to the firm and look forward to their contributions as we continue to strengthen our litigation capabilities in Boston, as well as nationally.”
The arrival of Lane and Worcester comes on the heels of two other recent additions to the Boston office, IP attorneys John Lanza and Christopher McKenna, who joined from Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.
“We are excited to add these accomplished litigators to the firm as part of our continued effort to expand our presence in Boston,” said Susan Pravda, managing partner of Foley’s Boston office. “Roger and Courtney’s vast knowledge and experience will complement our already strong national securities enforcement practice.”
