Partner Mark Aiello was quoted in an article that appeared in Crain’s Detroit Business on February 24, 2013 titled “Price-fixing probe may widen; suppliers uneasy.” Aiello discussed the U.S. Department of Justice’s increased investigations of individuals and companies related to automotive supplier price-fixing, stating that the widening scope of these investigations has left suppliers uneasy over concerns of what the investigations entail and who will be placed under them.
