The Dallas Business Journal reported on the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing by Snuffer's Restaurants, a company that has operated in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for 35 years. Gardere Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization Partner Stephen A. McCartin is representing Snuffer's in this matter. Mr. McCartin told the DBJ that two of the company's seven restaurants are not involved in the bankruptcy filing.
