Foley Represents Journal Communications in Merger with E.W. Scripps

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Journal Communications, Inc. in transactions with E.W. Scripps Company to merge the broadcast operations of the two companies, and combine their newspaper businesses into one new publicly traded company.
