Partner Andrew Baum was quoted in a USA Today article, “Redskins Lose Ruling on Name in District Court, Have Hope on Appeal,” on July 9, 2015. Baum was quoted saying, “The district court took a fresh look at the whole record and said that the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board got it right…It is very possible the Federal Circuit will come to a different conclusion.”
