He is the co-chair of Foley’s Government & Public Policy Practice and is a director of the firm’s Federal Political Action Committee. Berman also sits on the boards of the Public Interest Law Initiative, the Business and Professional People for the Public Interest, the Anti-Defamation League, and the Constitutional Rights Foundation of Chicago.
