Senior Counsel Christopher Swift was quoted in a CSO article, “Global Geopolitical Risk Predictions for 2016,” on January 4, 2016. The article discussed the global landscape as it pertains to infrastructure, Russia, China and Europe. Swift was quoted saying, “The global economic system is reorganizing into regional blocks, and those blocks are putting more barriers around themselves. We’re seeing countries like Russia and China find ways to break those rules to further their own subjective interests. The environment is just not as flexible as it used to be.”
