Foley Represents Milwaukee Brewers in Acquisition of Carolina Mudcats

Foley & Lardner LLP’s Sports Industry Team, led by partners Pat Quick and Kevin Schulz (Co-Chair of the Sports Industry Team), represented the Milwaukee Brewers in its acquisition of the Carolina Mudcats, the Brewers’ Minor League Baseball affiliate of the Class A Advanced Carolina League based in Zebulon, North Carolina. This represents the Brewers’ first acquisition of a full-season Minor League Baseball franchise.
Other members of Foley’s team included Ray Luk, Belinda Morgan, Joe Rupkey, John Palmer and Ashley Sinclair.
