Senior Attorney Eddie Block Discusses Blockchain and the Hospitality Industry With Law360

Gardere attorney Edward H. Block, a member of the firm’s internet, e-commerce and technology group, spoke with Law360 on why legal professionals in the hospitality industry need to brush up on their blockchain knowledge.
"It's something that some large enterprises are spending quality time looking at. It's not just something that crazy [cryptocurrency] miners in their bedrooms are spending time with," said Block.
A former chief information security officer, Block frequently writes and speaks on cybersecurity issues, and holds dual certifications by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
