Transtelco, a telecommunications service provider, announced the closing of the acquisition of Dallas-based XC Networks. XC Networks owns and operates data centers, fiber assets and wireless spectrum throughout Mexico and the United States.
"[CEO Miguel Fernandez] and his team have created a 'super-regional' carrier in North America, and I am confident Transtelco will meet the demands of its current and future clients' ever increasing need for bandwidth," said Thomas J. Spackman, founder and chief executive officer of XC Networks."
