Villalba Comments on Legislation to Create Business-Only Courts in Texas

Of Counsel Jason Villalba was quoted in a Houston Chronicle article, “Has the time come for business-only courts in Texas?” about legislation that would create a standalone statewide business court system in Texas.
Villalba, a former state representative, said the legislation is “absolutely critical” to the development of the Texas economy. “We need this as part of our future growth,” he said.
