Of Counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in the American City Business Journals article entitled, “How employers can handle workers who don’t want to return due to Covid-19 Delta variant,” discussing the legal and practical sides of going back into the physical office, and how employers can address their employees’ concerns.
“Unfortunately, the pandemic isn’t over and these issues aren’t going away any time soon,” Neuberger stated. “It will continue to be rapidly changing and impacts employees who travel and who go on customer sites as well as internal issues. With a committee, members can monitor different aspects and report back.”
