Hilliard Recognized in D Magazine’s 2022 Best Lawyers Under 40 List

Foley Senior Counsel Chelsea Hilliard has been named to D Magazine’s 2022 Best Lawyers Under 40 list. This is the fifth consecutive year that Hilliard has received this honor. 

The D Magazine Best Lawyers Under 40 recognizes outstanding young lawyers in the North Texas area. The listing is based on a comprehensive selection process that starts with peer nominations. A panel of top local attorneys then evaluates the tabulated list and works with the editorial staff to select the finalists.

An experienced litigator, Hilliard focuses her practice on high-stakes business disputes in a wide range of industries and regions. She has particular experience in securities litigation, including representing hedge funds, former shareholders, brokers, and other financial-sector clients in investor and counter-party disputes. Hilliard has represented clients in matters involving breaches of contract, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, and shareholder disputes, among an array of other legal issues.
