Foley & Lardner LLP represented DCG ONE, a Seattle-based marketing services organization, in its acquisition of Corporate Communications Group (CCG), an integrated commercial print and direct marketing company based in Marlboro, Maryland, expanding the organization’s high-volume direct mail, data, and fulfillment capabilities.

Founded in 1951, CCG serves the print and marketing needs of associations, health care, financial and educational institutions, and businesses, including Fortune-ranked companies. CCG has carved out a niche in the high-volume direct mail space and has built a team of commercial print and fulfillment experts providing end-to-end solutions to help their clients realize their vision of creative, effective, and relevant communications across all media.

DCG ONE is one of the largest privately held marketing services providers in the country. With roots in print production, the company has expanded in recent years in the areas of retail packaging and POS signage, branded merchandise, embedded technology solutions, customer experience, loyalty, and acquisition marketing.

With this acquisition, DCG ONE firmly plants itself on the national landscape, allowing the option to service, produce, and distribute at the most optimal location for its clients and provide cost savings and efficiencies.
