Rachel talks about her early life and entry into the legal industry, how she has balanced growing her family with being a busy litigator, the importance of mentorship, evolving topics she is seeing in her labor and employment practice, and her efforts to promote the advancement of women in the field, particularly in leadership positions.
When asked about how she advocates for purposeful inclusion, Steely said, “One of the things as far as getting people involved in cases or having people obtain experience is to be purposeful about choices. It’s not just one person, it’s the community.”
